Formerly this website was about the SpectraCell anti aging analysis, a great way to check your vitamin and mineral status. A great way also to prevent from getting sick. Traffic jams in the Netherlands made it almost impossible to get the blood samples to the airport in time. Another thing, after contacting over 400 doctors I find they are more in the business of extinguishing a fire then prevention. But I did find another test witch works fine for me, more about this later.
About anti aging, lets start with an opinion I read in the newspaper December 2009.

These days, you can’t read a newspaper or there is another restriction about the food we eat and drink from those people who think they know better! I think it’s all guesswork.

How many people would apply this principle: If you believe everything, you can't eat nothing no more.
However, if I look around me, listen and talk to people, then I, never ever, saw more disabled and sick then before. Where health should be the norm!
I have a dream.
A dream to be part of an ever-increasing group of people, who are living healthier, with full awareness. A group that will inspire others, and motivate them to become on of this group. A group where health is the only norm.
Anti aging, reducing the body’s degeneration, is simple to achieve when you give it all the vital nutrients it needs. Avoiding pesticides and negative thoughts. Making sure your immune system has all the tools to perform at it’s best. To have some basic knowledge about our modern food chain is vital. Don’t thing like so many do; “You have to be lucky to stay healthy”. You are doomed if you think this way
Why is it that most people get sick?
The biggest part of the Western population is getting sick because our food is only filling instead of feeding us. It’s going terribly wrong at the basis. It’s the part were everybody thinks they make a wise choice: Fruits and vegetables.
We all know that foods free of pesticides, grown biological, are the best choice. The biological food cultivation is only about 3 percent of the market. The remaining part, 97 percent is cultivated with artificial fertilizers. Artificial fertilizers witch contain only 11 minerals and trace elements. You probable know that agriculture grounds that have been floated now and then by the sea show a sumptuous flora. This is easy to explain. Seawater has the complete spectrum of all the 91 minerals and trace elements. If you start using sea minerals (84 minerals and trace elements) instead of artificial fertilizers the plants are getting everything they need. And, you don’t need to ‘protect’ these plants with pesticides.
Now connect the dots.
Nature sees plants grown with artificial fertilizers as inferior and wants to clear things up. You have been ‘feeding’ your body, day in day out, with inferior products. Your body is crying out for minerals and trace elements. And to treat this ‘sickness’ they try to cure you with pesticides for human consumption and they are called medicines. It’s been known that 99 percent have a mineral deficiency and 74,5 percent showed a vitamin functional deficiency. It means that if there is a deficiency of one of the vitamins the others can’t function at their best level to. It’s all about balance and teamwork.
That’s how simple it is actually, there’s no guesswork involved in your health. Supply your body with all the essential nutrient it needs and it will work like 24/7 clockwork. Scurvy isn’t the ‘sickness’ we all know from the history books, it is still a fact of life among 26 percent of the population in the U.S. Only the doctor doesn’t know it (yet).
You do understand that I only talked about our vegetables and fruits. All those ‘ready to eat’ packed and canned foods, which have been heavily processed, heated witch killed all the enzymes above 48,3 degrees Centigrade, and robbed from all the living ingredients that might decrease it’s shell life. To give you the illusion you eat food, taste, coloring, sweeteners and many other additives are being added. Some being innocent but many others a real threat for your health and long-term wellbeing.
It’s those junk-food products that are responsible for the explosion of diabetes, hart disease and cancer. (To name a few). And 80, maybe even 90 percent of the supermarket shells are filled with them.
Open your eyes, wake up, investigate and experience what real, unprocessed whole foods can do for you!
If you are on holiday in a region were most people still grow their own vegetables in their backyard garden. See how healthy they are, look at their skin, how many people you see disabled?
The statistics are very clear; those who follow a Mediterranean diet are healthier and are living longer with a better quality of life. Those people who prepare their own meals gaining time later in life by investing a little time everyday. Time well spend and invested in health, wellbeing and in saving on insurance plans.
We are living in a strange world, where the media are not at stand to give you open and honest information but run a different agenda. A world where earning money with artificial fertilizers, pesticides and GMO seeds is more important then the health of generations to come. A world where people who are uninformed are at danger for all kinds of health problems or maybe even loosing their lives.
A world where you and I can make a difference. Buying the right foods, vote with your wallet and making sure you will stay independent from the ‘sickness-care’ industry
About myself.
Sins the year 2000 I have my health checked on a preventive basis every year. (sometimes even more). It gave me inside information about the lifestyle changes I made. Inside information about the environmental dangers at work. I started using nutritional supplement with changing success. I successfully restored the acid ~ base balans (pH) One of the best-kept secrets of a healthy life. I start everyday with the Budwig Diet and replaces the other bread meal with a Super Fruit Smoothie. I cut down on 95 percent of meat and eat more fish. I installed a Memon water filter and replaced my wireless phone and internet modem with the old fashion connections to avoid radiation sources.

Back to my dream
Sins November 2000 I publish a monthly health newsletter witch has become a weekly newsletter in mid 2008 followed by a weekly health radio program. My dream is creating an increasing group of healthy living people that inspires people to become on of ‘them’.
We don’t have to prove ‘how’ vitamins and minerals work. Nature has proven ‘that’ it works over and over again for thousands of years. Make an end of the biggest sickness wave of history and take responsibility yourself. Like Hippocrates stated 2.300 years ago:

Super Fruit Smoothie: 1 apple, 1 oranges, 1/2 lemon, 1 tea spoon turmeric, 1/2 tea spoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 tea spoon ginger powder, 1 tea spoon paprika powder, 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon powder, 2 tea spoons sole (sea minerals), tea spoon honey, ascorbine sour (vit: C) and ore a Kiwi, 1/2 tea spoon Spirulina, 1 thespoon Chlorella, spoon olive oil, 2 glasses of water. How to make a sea minerals sole?
Put Keltic Sea minerals (the best = Sel gris) or Himalaya sea minerals in a jar 1/3 and 2/3 clean water. Shake this, a little sea minerals will be left at the bottem. You have now made the perfect sole with a balanced mix of 84 minerals and trace elements.
